NUT FOR CAM SPROCKET
Nut that secures the camshaft sprocket on the timing side of the engine.
This is the nut that secures the camshaft sprocket on the engine. It's a small but important fastener — if it works loose, timing between the crankshaft and camshaft can be affected, so it's worth checking whenever you're in that part of the motor for other work. The old book number for this one was T2046 before Triumph moved to the modern numbering system, so if you're cross-referencing an older parts list, that's the number to look for.
