57-1446 is a gearbox bush for the Triumph T100 family, the part that locates and supports a shaft inside the transmission so it can rotate cleanly without wearing the casing itself. In this application it's called out for the kickstart spindle, giving the kickstart shaft a solid, low-friction bearing surface where it passes through the gearbox.
