Gearbox sprocket nut
The nut that holds the gearbox final drive sprocket onto the mainshaft in the primary chaincase.
This is the gearbox sprocket nut, the fastener that secures the gearbox final drive sprocket onto the mainshaft where it meets the primary chain. It shows up in the CHAINCASE AND CHAINS section of the parts books, which puts it right at the business end of the primary drive, behind the chaincase cover.

Our records only show this one turning up in a single catalog entry, so we don't have a lot of extra detail to pass along beyond what the part is and where it lives. If you're chasing down the old letter-prefix number, T1434 is the same nut, and it's also crossed under 60-0409A and D409A in other listings.
Because it's a small, easy-to-overlook fastener that takes the twisting load of the whole primary drive, it's worth having a fresh one on hand any time the sprocket comes off. Give us a call if you want to confirm it matches what's currently on your gearbox before ordering.
