Selector fork spindle for the gearbox, the shaft the selector forks slide on to change gears.
This is the selector fork spindle, part number 57-1102. In the gearbox, the selector forks ride on a spindle like this one, and the spindle gives them a straight track to slide along as the selector mechanism moves them to engage different gears.
