Layshaft selector fork
Layshaft selector fork from the gearbox inner cover assembly, superseded by 57-1367.
This is the layshaft selector fork out of the gearbox, the piece that rides in the groove of a sliding gear on the layshaft and shifts it fore and aft when you work the gearchange. It's cataloged under the GEARBOX INNER COVER AND SELECTORS figure, so it lives inside the gearbox shell along with the other selector forks and the selector mechanism that drives them.

Older parts books list this one as T911 before Triumph moved to the numeric-only part numbering. Our records show it was superseded by 57-1367, so if you're chasing this fork for a rebuild and 57-0911 comes back hard to find, 57-1367 is the number to look for as the direct factory replacement.
The catalog only shows this one appearance, tied to 1968, so we don't have more detail on it beyond what the figure tells us. If you're not sure which fork you need out of the set inside the inner cover, bring the gearbox in or give us a call and we'll help sort it out before you order.
Sorry if we got something wrong here. If you think this information isn't correct, .
