PRIMARY GASKET DYNO CASE -PU TRIUMPH RIGID FRAME
Primary chaincase gasket for pre-unit Triumph rigid-frame twins, also known by its old book number T504.
This is the primary chaincase gasket for pre-unit Triumph twins built for the rigid frame, the seal that sits between the primary chaincase and the engine/gearbox castings to keep the oil bath in the primary drive where it belongs. The old book number for this one was T504, which you'll still see printed in some parts books alongside the current 57-0504.

If you're rebuilding or just resealing a leaky pre-unit chaincase on a rigid-frame Triumph twin, this gasket is the one that goes on at the mating face of the dynamo case cover. It's a simple paper/composite gasket job, so check the old one before you toss it and make sure the case faces are clean and flat before fitting the new one.
We don't have a lot of extra background on this part beyond what's in the catalog, so if you're not sure which chaincase gasket your bike needs, give us the frame and engine number and we'll confirm before you order.
Sorry if we got something wrong here. If you think this information isn't correct, .
