Kickstarter spring anchor pin
The anchor pin that locates the kickstart return spring inside the gearbox outer cover.
This is the small anchor pin that holds one end of the kickstart return spring in place inside the gearbox outer cover. It's a simple, low-cost piece, but if it goes missing or shears off, the kickstart lever won't spring back up on its own after you kick the engine over.

You'll find it referenced in the gearbox outer cover and gearchange/kickstart crank figures, so it lives right where the kickstart mechanism meets the case. The older parts books list this same pin under the T47 designation, which is just the earlier letter-prefix numbering for the identical part.
It shows up across a long span of gearbox catalog listings, which tells you this pin carried over through a lot of production without much change. Worth keeping one on hand when you're in the outer cover doing other kickstart or selector work, since it's easy to drop and lose track of.
