Chrome trim ring for a 7 inch headlamp, fits over the nacelle to retain the lens and reflector.
PN · 553248R
This is a chrome headlamp rim, the trim ring that sits around the outer edge of a 7 inch headlamp shell and holds the lens and reflector assembly in place against the nacelle. The catalog entry ties it to number 553267, so if your parts book shows that number instead, you're looking at the same ring.
