Warning bulbholder
Lucas warning light bulbholder with leads, the socket for the oil pressure or high-beam indicator bulb in the headlamp shell.
This is a Lucas warning light bulbholder, part number 54945043, the small socket that carries the oil pressure or high-beam indicator bulb in the headlamp shell. It comes off the wiring harness with a pair of leads for power and ground, and it seats into the headlamp or instrument binnacle so the warning lamp can do its job without you having to run bare wire to a bulb.

It shows up across a wide run of electrical figures in the parts books, including headlamp and wiring harness plates, the general electrical equipment plates, and the ignition capacitor and headlamp figures for the T100C and TR6C. That spread tells you it's a common item across several model years rather than something tied to one specific bike.
The older factory number for this same part was 99-0803, so if your parts book or an old parts bag shows that number, it's the same bulbholder. Worth having a spare on hand since these leads and contacts are a common point of failure when a warning light starts acting flaky.
