Lead for horn push and dip switch
Wiring lead connecting the horn push and dip switch to the main harness, listed for 1968 models.
This is the wiring lead that runs from the horn push and dip switch on the handlebar down into the main harness. It carries the horn circuit and the headlamp high/low beam switching, so if that stretch of wire is cracked, brittle, or somebody's spliced it one too many times, this is the piece that replaces it.

It shows up in the catalog under the BATTERY, TOOLKIT AND AIR FILTER figure alongside the rest of the electrical bits, listed for 1968. Electrical work on these bikes is straightforward but fiddly with the small bullet connectors, so plan to take your time matching up the old lead's connections before you pull it.
If your switch itself is still good and just the wiring going bad, swapping this lead is a lot less hassle than chasing intermittent grounds and corroded connections down the line.
