BSA Washer, bottom yoke pinch bolt
Washer fitted under the bottom yoke pinch bolt on the steering head.

This is the washer that sits under the pinch bolt on the bottom yoke, part of the steering head assembly. The pinch bolt clamps the bottom yoke around the fork stanchion, and the washer is a small but necessary piece in that stack, spreading load under the bolt head so the clamp force stays even.
