This is the condenser adaptor for the 18D2 distributor, one of those small brass or plated fittings that lets a condenser mount to the pillar terminal on the distributor body. It is not a part that gets much attention until it goes missing or corrodes, but without it you have nowhere solid to land the condenser lead.
