Rubber cover for a folding footrest, mounts on the pivoting rest peg.

This is the rubber that fits over the folding footrest, part number 42-4925. It's the piece that actually contacts your boot, mounted on the pivoting rest so the footrest can fold up out of the way without bending the rail underneath it.
