BSA Bolt, oil tank mounting (¼" British Standard Cycle × 1¾")
A 1/4 inch BSC by 1-3/4 inch bolt used to mount the oil tank, appearing in oil tank and sidecover hardware listings.
This is a mounting bolt for the oil tank, 1/4 inch British Standard Cycle thread by 1-3/4 inches long. It shows up in the parts book under the OIL TANK, SIDECOVERS, and SILENCER figures, which tells you it lives in that cluster of hardware toward the back of the bike where the oil tank sits alongside the side covers and the silencer mounting points.

The catalog description flags it as BSC thread, which was common fastener spec on British bikes of this era for smaller mounting bolts, so double check what's actually in your tank mounts before you order a batch - BSC and other thread standards aren't interchangeable.
