This is the pillar bolt for a contact breaker plate, 40-0683 in our numbering with 40-683 as the alternate form you might see on an older invoice. It's a small fastener but it's the one the breaker plate pivots and locks against, so if it's worn or the threads are chewed up the ignition timing won't hold steady.
