Pilot air screw
Pilot air screw for the Amal carburettor, adjusts the air/fuel mix at idle and low throttle.
PN · 376/119
The pilot air screw is a small adjustment part on the Amal carburettor, letting you fine-tune the air mix that feeds the idle and low-speed circuit. Turning it changes how much air blends with fuel at low throttle openings, which is what you're chasing when an idle hunts, hangs, or won't settle down.
