This is a main jet for the Amal Monobloc carburetor, Mk1 and Mk2 versions. The main jet controls fuel delivery through the carb's main circuit, mainly at mid-to-higher throttle openings. Jets like this thread into the bottom of the float bowl assembly and are one of the few tuning parts on these carbs meant to be swapped out to dial in the mixture for a given engine and exhaust setup.
