JET NO.15 PILOT
Amal Monobloc carburetor pilot jet, size #15, meters the idle and low-speed fuel mixture.
This is an Amal pilot jet, size 15, the small brass jet that meters fuel at idle and just off idle in an Amal Monobloc carburetor. It threads into the bottom of the carb body near the float bowl and works alongside the pilot air screw to shape the low-speed mixture before the main jet takes over.

Our catalog record on this one is brief, just the jet number and "pilot" designation, so we can't point you to a specific bike or model off our own data. If you're rebuilding or re-tuning a Monobloc and need a #15 to test against your current jetting, this is that part. Bring your carb or know your current jet size before you order so you're stepping the right direction.
Pilot jets are cheap to keep a few sizes of on the bench when you're chasing an idle or transition stumble, since swapping one is quick work compared to pulling the whole carb apart for main jet changes.
