Jet block, 15/16 in. choke

Amal carburetor jet block sized for a 15/16 in. choke body, used across T90 and T100 model carb figures from 1963-1967.

PN · 376/055

This is the jet block out of an Amal carburetor, sized for the 15/16 in. choke body. The jet block is the casting inside the carb body that holds the main jet and needle jet assembly and controls how fuel is metered into the airstream as the throttle opens. If you're rebuilding or sorting out a flat spot or rich/lean running issue on your Amal carb, the jet block is one of the first things to check for wear, especially around the needle jet bore.

Our catalog record ties this one to Amal carburetor figures used across the T90 and T100 model lines, including T100C and T100SS variants, spanning appearances from 1963 through 1967. If you're matching parts for a rebuild, confirm the choke size stamped on your existing carb body matches 15/16 in. before ordering, since Amal jet blocks are sized to the specific carb they came out of and aren't universal across choke sizes.

This part doesn't carry any alias or supersession numbers in our records, so if your parts book lists a different number for what looks like the same jet block, give us a call and we'll sort out whether it's the same piece.
