Front wheel less fittings
A front wheel, cataloged as "less fittings," appearing in 1983 front wheel parts-book listings.

A separate catalog listing elsewhere refers to a 19 inch mag wheel, which may or may not be the same physical item as this part number — we can't confirm that connection from what we have on file.
