This is the right-hand bearing spacer from the rear wheel assembly, part number 37-7053. It sits in the rear hub on the right-hand side, keeping the wheel bearing positioned correctly on the axle so the hub spins true and the bearing isn't loaded wrong when the axle nut gets torqued down.
