Spoke, outer - right
A right-hand outer spoke for the rear wheel, used in rebuilding or relacing the wheel.
This is a rear wheel spoke, listed in the parts book as an outer spoke for the right-hand side. It shows up in the REAR WHEEL section of the catalog, so its job is straightforward: one of the metal rods that runs from the hub to the rim, holding wheel tension and keeping the wheel true under load.

"Outer" and "right" both refer to its position in the spoke pattern on that side of the hub, since rear wheels on these machines use more than one spoke length and offset depending on where in the lacing sequence a given spoke sits. That's worth paying attention to when you're rebuilding a wheel, since mixing up inner and outer, or left and right, spokes can throw off the lacing and the dish of the wheel.
Our catalog record only shows this part turning up once, tied to the mid-70s years on file. If you're lacing a rear wheel and need to know exactly how many of these go in versus the inner spokes, give the shop a call and we'll help you sort out the full set.
