This is a front wheel rim for the conical hub setup, WM2-19 size, part number 37-3818. It shows up in the FRONT WHEEL section of the parts book, and in our records it appears against catalog listings from 1971-1972. The old-form part number on this one is W3818, so if you're working from an early parts book or an old invoice and see that stamped or written down, it's the same rim.

A WM2-19 rim is a 19 inch front wheel rim, and this one was built to pair up with the conical front hub used on the twin-cylinder and triple-cylinder models of that era. If you're rebuilding a front wheel with the conical hub, this is the rim to be looking at - it gets laced up with 40 spokes and a tire and tube to build the complete wheel.
