Spring washer
A spring washer (Triumph 37-2320, also listed as W2320) used at multiple mounting points including the frame, rear wheel, and gas tank/seat area.
37-2320 is a spring washer that turns up in several spots on the bike — Triumph's parts books list it under the frame, rear wheel, and gas tank/seat figures, which tells you it's one of those general-purpose fasteners used wherever a bolt or stud needs something to keep it from working loose. It's also known by the older W2320 designation, which is just the legacy form of the same part number.

A spring washer like this sits under a nut or bolt head and provides tension to resist vibration loosening — standard practice on a motorcycle that shakes as much as an old British twin does. Given how many different figures it shows up in, it's a part worth having a few of in the parts drawer rather than ordering one at a time.
Our catalog record doesn't narrow this down to one specific mounting point or bolt size, so if you're chasing an exact fitment for a particular fastener, give the shop a call and we'll help confirm before you order.
