Brake lining
Front wheel drum brake lining (37-1414, also listed as W1414) for relining Triumph front brake shoes.
This is a brake lining for the front wheel, the friction material that gets riveted or bonded to the brake shoe so the shoe can grip the drum and slow the bike down. Triumph's parts books list it under 37-1414, and you'll also see it referenced as W1414 in older records, which is the same physical part under a different number.

It shows up in the FRONT WHEEL section of the parts books, so this is drum-brake friction material for the front end, not anything to do with a hydraulic disc setup. The catalog entries we have span 1964-1965, but that's just the range across the printed pages we've seen it on, not a guarantee of what your specific bike takes.
If you're relining shoes rather than buying new ones outright, check the shoe dimensions against what you're ordering before committing. Give us a call with your frame or engine number if you want us to confirm this is the right lining for your front drum before it ships.
Sorry if we got something wrong here. If you think this information isn't correct, .
