Brake cam lever
Front brake cam lever that connects the front brake cable to the brake cam shaft on drum-brake front wheels.
This is the brake cam lever for the front wheel, the arm that bolts onto the end of the brake cam shaft and gives the front brake cable something to pull on. When you squeeze the front brake lever at the bars, the cable tugs this lever, which rotates the cam inside the brake plate and spreads the shoes against the drum.

Catalog records show this part number, along with its older W1331X form, showing up in front wheel figures across the 1960 to 1967 span, including listings specific to the T110, TR6, and T120. It's a simple piece but it takes the full pull of the cable every time you brake, so check the pivot hole and the cable attachment point for wear before you put a worn one back into service.
If you're rebuilding a front drum brake assembly from this era, this is a part worth inspecting closely since a stretched or sloppy cam lever will give you a soft, vague feeling front brake even with good shoes and a true drum.
