Brake cam lever
The cam lever that connects the front brake cable to the brake cam inside the drum, for 1960-1964 front wheel setups including the 6T.
This is the brake cam lever, the arm that mounts on the brake camshaft in the front wheel's drum brake plate and gives the brake cable something to pull against. When you squeeze the front brake lever at the bars, the cable tugs this lever, which rotates the cam inside the brake plate and spreads the shoes against the drum.

It shows up in the catalog under the front wheel figures, including the 6T-specific listing, with catalog appearances running 1960 to 1964. The older book number for this part was W1298X, same physical piece as 37-1298X.
These are drum-brake, cable-operated setups, no hydraulics involved. If your lever looks worn at the cable pivot or the cam splines are chewed up, that's usually why the brake feels soft or inconsistent at the bars. Bring in your old one or check the spline count against what you've got before ordering, since we don't have more detail on this listing beyond the figures it appears in.
