This is a split pin, sized 3/32 in. by 1/2 in., turning up in the catalog under the panels and twinseat listings. It's the small cotter-style pin that keeps a clevis, pivot, or fastener from backing out once it's been fitted, the kind of thing that gets tossed when a seat or side panel comes off and never gets put back.
