This is the bolt that holds the rear brake disc and sprocket to the rear wheel hub on the T140D. The catalog spec calls for a 5/16-24 UNF thread, 5 1/2 U.H. length, and the book lists six required per wheel, so if you're replacing them it's worth doing the whole set rather than mixing old and new.
