Pivot bolt—left
Left-side swinging arm pivot bolt, PN 21-0580 (also listed as S580).
This is the left-side pivot bolt for the swinging arm, listed in the parts books under SWINGING ARM/FORK, SUSPENSION UNITS AND CHAINGUARD. It's what holds the pivot end of the rear fork to the frame on that side, letting the swinging arm move while keeping it located. The old-book form of this number is S580, so if you're working from an older catalog under that alias, it's the same bolt.

The catalog record for this one spans a run of years across several appearances, which usually means it stuck around through a number of production changes without being redesigned much. Still, swinging arm hardware is one of those spots where the frame end and the bolt need to be checked together, so measure against what's actually on the bike before you order.
Given where this lives, it's worth having someone competent snug up the pivot properly and check the bushings and spacers while it's apart. Call the shop if you want to confirm what else needs replacing alongside it.
