"O" ring — throttle and air screws
An "O" ring seal for the throttle and air adjuster screws on an Amal carburetor.
This is a small "O" ring used on the throttle and air screws of an Amal carburetor. It seals around those adjuster screws so you don't get an air leak or fuel seep where the screw passes through the carb body. It's a cheap little part to overlook, but a perished or missing one here can throw off your idle mixture and make the carb hard to tune correctly.

The part shows up in the carburetor section of the parts book under 19-3098, also listed as 622/067. Given how these seals age and go hard or crack over time, it's worth checking when you've got the carb apart for a rebuild or a cleaning.
