Twistgrip (99-1095)
A twistgrip throttle control for the handlebar, also catalogued as 99-1095.
This is a twistgrip, the throttle control that clamps onto the handlebar and lets you roll the throttle open and closed by hand. In the parts books it also shows up under the number 99-1095, so if your reference material uses that older number, this is the same physical piece.

It sits at the handlebar and control levers area of the bike, right where you'd expect a throttle grip to live. The catalog record we have on it is a single line from 1970, so beyond confirming it's a twistgrip assembly tied to that figure, we don't have more detail on this one.
If you're matching this up to a rebuild or a parts list, call the shop and we'll confirm fitment before you order.
