Screw, chain adjuster (1/4" UNF x 1 1/2" UH)
Rear wheel chain adjuster screw, 1/4 in. UNF x 1 1/2 in., used to slide the axle for chain tension and wheel alignment.
This is the chain adjuster screw for the rear wheel, 1/4 inch UNF thread by 1 1/2 inches under the head. It's the bolt that pushes against the swinging arm adjuster plate to slide the rear axle back and forth, letting you take slack out of the drive chain or dial the wheel back square in the swinging arm.

It shows up across a handful of rear wheel and swinging arm figures in the catalog, including versions noted for use with the Smiths speedo drive box on the right side and the Veglia speedo drive box on the left side — so which one you need can depend on which speedo drive your rear wheel is set up with. It's a plain, functional fastener, cheap enough to keep a spare of in the toolbox for roadside chain adjustments.
The catalog also lists a modern equivalent number for this same screw. If you're ordering, have your rear wheel and speedo drive setup in mind so you get the right-side version for your bike.
