Screw - bracket to 'T'
Screw that secures the bracket to the 'T' fitting, doubling as a footrest stop bolt on unit-era Triumphs.
This is the screw that ties the bracket to the 'T' fitting, showing up in the catalog under engine unit fitting and footrests as well as front brake listings. On these bikes it works double duty as a footrest stop bolt, threaded most of its length so a nut can lock it down once the brake pedal position is set.

Catalog appearances put it across engine fitting and footrest work as well as front brake assembly, so it's the kind of small fastener that shows up in more than one part of the bike depending on how a given frame or bracket was set up. Appearances span the 1970s in our records.
It's a plain but purpose-built bolt rather than a generic hardware-store screw, given the full threading up to the head. If you're replacing one, it's worth having the mating nut on hand too since the design relies on locking the position rather than bottoming out.
