Fibre washer
A fibre sealing washer for Amal carburetters, part number 116/124.
This is a fibre washer that shows up in the Amal carburetter section of the parts books, part number 116/124. Fibre washers like this one are used as a soft sealing layer between two metal surfaces on the carb, keeping fuel or air from leaking past a joint that a hard metal-to-metal fit wouldn't seal properly.
