This is the front Isolastic vernier adjustment kit, Mk3 pattern, part number 067116. Isolastic mounting is the Norton Commando rubber-mounting system that isolates the frame from engine, gearbox, and swingarm vibration, and the vernier kit is how you set and hold the correct amount of play in that mounting once it's assembled.

The catalog note on this one matters: it's built for the Mk3 front mounting arrangement. If you're running an earlier, pre-Mk3 setup, the mount itself needs modification before this kit will work, or you should be looking at 067337 instead. Worth sorting out which mounting generation is actually on the bike before you order, since the two aren't simply interchangeable off the shelf.
