Norton Bearing, Steering Head

This is a steering head bearing listed under Norton part number 06-7604. The parts-book placement puts it right where the steering head bearings figure sits, along with the front forks and steering lock sections, so it's part of the assembly that lets the fork and headstock pivot in the frame.
