This is the right-hand headlamp mounting bracket, listed with its top cover, off a Norton front end. It's one of the pair of ears that carries the headlamp shell where it bolts to the fork sliders up near the steering head, and the top cover piece finishes off the mounting point so you're not looking at bare bracket metal.
