A 5/16 inch BSC bolt, 7/8 inch long, used for twin seat mounting.
This is a 5/16 inch British Standard Cycle bolt, 7/8 inch long, used to secure the twin seat on the tank and seat mounting points it shows up under in the parts book. It's a small, plain fastener rather than anything glamorous, but the right thread and length matter here — get it wrong and the seat either won't seat down properly or you'll be fighting cross-threading trying to get it snug.
