This is a small bolt used to clamp the coil in place on the electrical equipment layout shown in the parts book plate for 1969. It's a 1/4 inch British Standard Cycle bolt, 1-1/32 inches long, sized specifically for holding down the coil clip rather than any general-purpose fastener.
