Terms of Service

Last updated: July 5, 2026

lh23parts.com is operated by Le Hangar 23 of Costa Mesa, California. Placing an order or using the site means you accept these terms.

Parts and fitment

We sell parts for vintage Triumph motorcycles. Exploded diagrams, fitment notes, rebuild-kit suggestions, and answers from Ed (our AI parts counter) are guidance drawn from factory parts books and shop experience — they are not a guarantee of fitment for your specific machine. Fifty years of running changes, previous owners, and non-matching numbers mean you are responsible for verifying a part against your engine and frame before installing it. When in doubt, check the fit dry or ask us first. AI-generated answers can be wrong; confirm anything critical by email or phone.

Safety

These parts go on machines that carry people at speed. Brake, steering, structural, and electrical work should be done by someone competent to do it, and every part should be inspected before use. You are responsible for the safe installation and use of what you buy.

Ordering and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example on a pricing error, a stock error, or suspected fraud — and if we cancel, you get a full and prompt refund. Out-of-stock items can be backordered under the Backorder Policy.

Shipping and returns

Shipping works as described on the Shipping & Returns page; returns and refunds follow the Refund Policy.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in to yourself; you're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the site, the chat, or our staff.

Our content

The text, photographs, diagrams, and data on this site belong to Le Hangar 23 or its licensors. Use them for your own restoration, not for republishing or scraping into someone else's catalog.

Warranty and liability

Parts are sold as described. Where a manufacturer's warranty exists, that warranty is the remedy. To the maximum extent California law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the part, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages — lost time, towing, or the rest of a ruined Sunday.

Disputes

These terms are governed by California law, and disputes belong to the state or federal courts of Orange County, California. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest still stand.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version posted here applies. Questions: contact@lehangar23.com · (657) 231-9003.
