Norton Rocker Spindle
A rocker spindle for the engine top end, carrying the rocker arm in the cylinder head.
NM.25350 is a rocker spindle listed under the cylinder head and fittings section for the engine top end. A spindle like this carries the rocker arm and lets it pivot as the cam operates the valve on one side and the pushrod pushes on the other. It sits up in the head, under the rocker box, and takes wear from both the swinging motion of the rocker and the oil feed that lubricates it.

The catalog only shows this one entry, spanning 1971 to 1972 in the parts book, so we don't have much more to go on beyond that range and the figure it appears in. If you're matching this up against a head you've got apart on the bench, it's worth double-checking your rocker box before you order.
Give the shop a call if you want to confirm this is the right spindle for your particular head before it ships.
We've never carried this one. Tell us what you're after and we'll go looking — you'll get a price and photos before you commit to anything.
