Handlebar (Western)
The Western-style handlebar (97-4252, aka H4252) with no switch-mount drillings, from Triumph's handlebar and control lever catalog listings.
This is the Western-style handlebar, part number 97-4252, also carried in older records as H4252. It shows up in the parts book under Handlebar and Control Levers, and it's the plain bar without drillings for the horn/dipper switch mount, so wiring layout on a bar-fitted switch will need to be handled separately from the bar itself.

Catalog records place this bar across appearances from 1971 to 1974, so it's a bar Triumph carried for a few seasons running before other bends or styles took over in later years. It mounts to the top of the front forks and carries the grips, levers, and switchgear, which is a straightforward job as long as you're matching up the control clamps and cable runs already on the bike.
If you're chasing down a Western bar for a rebuild, this is the number to ask for at the counter, or you can reference the old H4252 code if that's what's printed in your book.
