FORK TUBE,BSA A65 1968-70 Shuttle Valve - Uses Triumph fork bushings and oil seals
Front fork tube for the 1968-70 BSA A65 shuttle-valve fork, fitted with Triumph-pattern bushings and oil seals.
This is a front fork tube for the BSA A65, covering the shuttle-valve fork design used in the 1968-70 model years. It's a BSA part, not a Triumph one, even though it's cataloged and sold through Triumph parts channels because the fork bushings and oil seals it takes are shared with Triumph forks of the era.

The fork tube is the long chromed leg the front wheel rides on, sliding inside the lower fork assembly with damping controlled by the shuttle valve arrangement built into that generation of A65 forks. If you're rebuilding a set of these forks, keep in mind you'll be sourcing Triumph-spec bushings and seals to go with this tube rather than BSA-specific ones.
We don't have much more history on this one in our records beyond what's on the tag. If you're not sure this matches your fork assembly, give us a call before you order.
