RESTRICTOR SHUTTLE TYPE (Small cone with hex base)
Small cone-and-hex restrictor that controls oil flow inside shuttle-valve type telescopic front forks.
This is the small cone-shaped restrictor with a hex base that lives inside the telescopic front fork leg on shuttle-valve type forks. It's a damping control piece - the shuttle valve arrangement uses it to meter oil flow inside the fork leg as the forks compress and rebound, which is how the fork gets its damping action instead of relying on a simple orifice alone.

In our records this part shows up in both the telescopic front fork section and the swinging arm/suspension/chainguard section of the parts books, so it's worth checking which fork internals your bike actually has before ordering - shuttle valve forks aren't the only damping arrangement Triumph used across this era. The catalog appearances for this one span from the late 1960s into the early 1970s.
You'll also see this part number written as H2090 in older parts books - that's just the earlier form of the same restrictor, not a different part. If you're rebuilding a fork leg and pulled the old restrictor out worn or missing, this is the replacement piece to drop back in.
