THROTTLE SLIDE ANODISED 4
Amal cutaway No. 4 anodised throttle slide, the part inside the carb body that opens and closes with the twistgrip.
This is an Amal throttle slide, cutaway number 4, finished anodised. It's the piece that rides up and down inside the carburetor body when you twist the throttle, controlling how much air gets pulled through the venturi. The cutaway number stamped into it (in this case a 4) sets part of your low-to-mid throttle mixture, so slides aren't interchangeable across cutaway sizes even though they look alike.

We don't have much more detail on file for this one beyond what's above. If you're matching an existing carburetor setup, bring us the carb body markings or your old slide before ordering so we can confirm you're getting the right cutaway.
