This is the cold start link used on the Amal Mk II Concentric carburetor setup, as fitted on the T140E and T140D carburetor figures in the parts books. It's a small linkage piece that connects to the choke/cold start mechanism on the carb, letting the lever action pull the enrichener slide or choke plunger into position when starting from cold.
