CIRCLIP WRIST PIN T140/A6
Circlip that retains the wrist pin (gudgeon pin) in the piston on T140 and A65 twins.
This is the circlip that holds the wrist pin (gudgeon pin) in place inside the piston, keeping it from walking sideways and scoring the cylinder wall. It shows up in the crankshaft and connecting rods section of the parts book, and it's a small piece but not one to skip when you're in there doing top end work.

Catalog listings put it against the T140 and the BSA A65, so it's a shared part across those two 750/650 twin families in the mid-70s era rather than something unique to one bike. You'll also see it cross-referenced under the older E13700 style number.
These are cheap enough to just replace as a matter of course any time a piston comes out. Old circlips lose their spring tension, and a compromised one can let the pin migrate into the bore, so buy a fresh set rather than reusing what came out.
