FIBER WASHER,OIL RELEASE SMALL (for copper use 067541)
Small fiber sealing washer for the oil pressure release valve, factory PN 70-8754 (formerly GS254).
This is the small fiber washer used on the oil pressure release valve, part number 70-8754. It's a soft-material sealing washer, distinct from the copper version 067541 that's used in the same location if you go that route instead. The catalog notes it under this factory number, with GS254 being the older designation for the same washer.

You'll find this washer referenced in the oil pump and release valve area and in crankcase figures, so it's tied to the oil pressure relief valve assembly on the bottom end. It's a small, easy-to-overlook part, but if it's worn, cracked, or missing, the release valve won't seat and seal the way it should.
Given how it shows up across catalog entries from the mid-70s into 1980, it's a part worth keeping a spare of on the shelf. Cheap to replace relative to the trouble a bad seal here can cause, so check yours when you're in that area of the engine anyway.
