Piston
The small piston inside the oil pressure release valve assembly, part number 70-8752.
This is the small piston used inside the oil pressure release valve, not a piston for the top end of the engine. It shows up in the catalog under the oil pump and release valve figures and again in the crankcase figure, which tells you where it lives: down in the oil pump assembly on the crankcase, part of the mechanism that bleeds off excess oil pressure so the system doesn't build up beyond what it should.

The part carries the earlier factory number GS251 in older parts books, so if you're working from a pre-70-8752 listing that's the same physical piece. It's a small, easy to overlook component, but if your oil pressure relief valve is sticking or not seating right, this little piston and its bore are usually where to start looking.
Our catalog record spans entries from 1970 through 1978 across the oil pump, release valve, and crankcase figures, so it's associated with that general run of engines in our listings. Confirm against your own parts book or give us a call if you want to be sure it matches what's in your motor.
